No. We handle the administrative coordination side of payroll - collecting and submitting data, managing documentation, liaising with your provider - but regulated payroll calculation, tax advice and employment law guidance remain with your appointed professional advisers. We work alongside them, not instead of them.

What size businesses do you work with?

Typically small to mid-size businesses and growing teams - from founders with their first few hires, through to companies with 20–50 employees. The work scales with your team size.

We already have an accountant. How does this fit?

We work with your accountant, not instead of them. We handle the admin flow - ensuring your accountant receives what they need, when they need it, in the right format - so they can do their regulated work without chasing you or your team for information.

Can you help us set up a payroll admin process from scratch?

Yes. For new businesses or those that have grown without establishing proper payroll admin processes, we can design and implement a clean system - tools, documentation, timelines and responsibilities - from the ground up.

What tools do you work with?

We're comfortable with a range of tools including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Notion, Google Workspace, and various HR platforms. We adapt to what you and your providers already use.
