Hyrdle is a consultancy house helping founders, SMEs and growing companies improve how they operate, sell, support customers and use technology.

We provide practical support across technology, AI, automation, operations, administration, payroll coordination, websites, digital systems and strategic founder support. These aren't separate products - they are connected service lines delivered by people who understand how the different parts of a business affect each other.

We work directly with clients today and are being built to support a wider network of trusted consultants as client needs grow.

Why we exist

Built around a real gap

Most small businesses and founders face the same problem: they need support across technology, operations and business administration - but the market offers either narrow specialists or large agencies built for enterprise clients.

Hyrdle exists to fill that gap. We combine technical leadership and operational experience under one consultancy so clients get joined-up support without needing to manage multiple agencies, freelancers or advisers who don't talk to each other.

We keep the team small deliberately. Every client works directly with Michael or Abbie - people who know the business, care about the outcome, and are accountable for what gets delivered.

Hyrdle combines technical leadership, operational experience and hands-on business support. Michael leads our technology, AI, software and systems consultancy. Abbie leads our operations, administration, payroll support and founder support services.
