Which CRM platforms do you work with?

We work with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and custom-built CRM systems. If you use a platform not listed here, contact us — we can usually work with any system that has an API.

What other systems can you connect to our CRM?

Common integrations include: accounting and finance tools (Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50/200); project management (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira); email and marketing (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot Marketing); ERP systems; custom internal tools; and data warehouses or reporting platforms. We also build CRM-to-CRM migrations.

How do you handle GDPR compliance in CRM integrations?

Every integration we build includes proper consideration of data flows under GDPR — particularly for personal data moving between systems. We document what data moves, where it is stored, what the legal basis is, and build in appropriate controls. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice, but we build integrations with compliance in mind as standard.

Do you do CRM data migration?

Yes. Data migration — moving contact, deal, company and activity data from one CRM to another — is a core part of many integration engagements. We handle deduplication, field mapping, data cleaning and validation as part of the migration process.

How long does a CRM integration project take?

A straightforward two-system integration typically takes two to four weeks. More complex multi-system integrations or CRM migrations with large data volumes take six to twelve weeks. We scope each project clearly at the start.

Should we use native integrations, n8n/Make, or custom API development?

It depends on your reliability requirements, technical capability and budget. Native integrations are fastest to set up but often limited in flexibility. n8n and Make offer significant flexibility at lower cost than custom development. Custom API work is best for complex business logic or when the native options are too restrictive. We will recommend the right approach for your specific situation.
